Terms & conditions

Our estimates are based on the work/project discussed in previous discussions/meetings. Any extra labour and/or materials needed will be chargeable, including return visits for adaptations. Our final chargeable price will ultimately depend on the customer's choices but any extra costs will be discussed before the work is undertaken. Materials will need to be paid upfront in the form of a deposit or in some cases paid for directly from the customer to the supplier. For refurbishment works decorating may be needed after the work. Damage of the surroundings will be kept to a minimum but any painting or filling needed after the work is not included in your price. Precautions will be taken but D Stagg carpentry will not be held liable for the damage of any irregular wiring or pipework. We ask you to advise D Stagg carpentry of any other work that has been organised by the customer at the same time as D Stagg carpentry as this may prolong/prohibit our work and we reserve the right to rearrange the work in this case. Guarantees vary depending on the type of project but if any of D Stagg Carpentry's work has been altered by the customer or another trade then any guarantee is void and any extra work is at the discretion of D Stagg carpentry. Final payments are to be paid on completion but in some cases a part payment may be needed before the job is finished.
